You are important. You are valued. You are beautiful. You are here on the planet for a reason. You have gifts to offer the world. And I can help you discover them.
I can help you do the first thing you need to do to so that you CAN offer your gifts to the world fully; I can help you increase your self-love, to love yourself—more deeply, radically. To counter the negative messaging of the world so that you are seen and valued for who and what and how you are.
I am Veta Goler, PhD, a Circle of Trust® facilitator and Purpose Guide™. Through the contemplative practices and exercises in my retreats and workshops for personal and professional renewal, I provide opportunities for you to do the inner work that is essential for the times we're living in. You will access your inner Self to receive guidance and support. You will also receive the support of a loving community of like-minded black women who help you to do your inner work. And you will gain tools to use beyond the retreats so that you can move from just getting by to really thriving, by being fully and unapologetically yourself in the world.
Facilitation
I have been a Circle of Trust® facilitator, offering retreats and workshops for personal and professional renewal at colleges, universities, K-12 schools, and retreat sites throughout the country, for over ten years. In my retreats I utilize reflection, journaling, meditation, creative arts, and sharing to help participants connect with the still small voice inside for clarity, strength and guidance.
Loving yourself is not selfish.
It is the most important thing you can do to help the world.

I am a gifted teacher, priding myself on continuing to learn new pedagogies and technologies to help my students grow as learners and as people. My teaching informs my facilitation and vice versa. Because of COVID-19, I learned the pedagogy of online teaching. I began teaching online during the summer of 2020 and am very comfortable with teaching in a virtual space.
